Andrew Kennedy

Andrew carries more than 20 years of experience to his role as Senior Vice President, Asset Management. He is responsible for strategic planning and implementation and revenue and expense management of the Bainbridge-owned portfolio.

Andrew’s experience covers the East Coast and is concentrated in the Southeastern markets where he has performed asset management duties and analyzed over $5 billion of real estate transactions. He holds a Masters of Science in Real Estate from the University of Florida and his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Richmond. Andrew currently holds the CCIM designation.
