Patrick Foley

Patrick Foley has an extensive background in various roles within the financial and customer service industries. Currently serving as Director Program Operations at The Bancorp, Patrick leads a team responsible for day to day operations activities with Fintech Solutions programs, processors, and partners. With experience at companies such as Meta Payment Systems, Wells Fargo, and Midco Connections, Patrick has held titles such as Director of Customer Service, Collections Supervisor, and Business Development Executive. Patrick holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from South Dakota State University and a Master's degree in Information Technology from the University of South Dakota.
