Borjan Nikolov is an experienced Executive Search Consultant at The Big Search, having worked there since January 2018, where responsibilities include specialized senior-level searches for fast-growing technology companies. Currently, Borjan serves as a Research Lead/Talent Partner at 2hearts and has previously held key roles in talent acquisition for notable companies such as Gorillas, Choco, and Revolut. Borjan also has a background in translation, having worked as a Translator at ARS STUDIO. Borjan holds a Bachelor's degree in Language Interpretation and Translation from the University ''Sts.
