Michele Rivieccio

Michele Rivieccio is a seasoned professional in community relations and sales within the senior living and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as Community Relations Coordinator at The Bristal Assisted Living since May 2023, Michele previously held the position of Director of Leasing at Encore Luxury Living from February 2021 to May 2023, contributing to the establishment of a new luxury senior living community. Michele’s extensive background includes roles such as Director of Sales at SpringHill Suites by Marriott, where responsibilities encompassed training and mentoring sales staff and driving revenue, as well as being part of hotel opening teams at both SpringHill Suites and Homewood Suites by Hilton. Initiating a career at The Garden City Hotel from December 2006 to November 2012, Michele transitioned from Catering Receptionist to Social Coordinator, managing corporate events for high-profile clients. Michele holds an education from Nassau Community College.
