Lenny Gorelik, DNP, RN, NEA-BC, CPHQ, FACHE, serves as Vice President and Chief Quality Officer at The Brooklyn Hospital Center, along with roles as Chief Experience Officer and Senior Director of Nursing, and previously as Director of Nursing. With extensive experience in nursing leadership, Lenny has held positions such as Magnet Coordinator and Interim Director of Nursing Quality, Research, and Education at the New York Eye and Ear Infirmary of Mount Sinai, and Associate Director of Clinical & Surgical Services at Planned Parenthood New York City, Inc. Lenny's nursing career began at Beth Israel Medical Center as a Charge/Staff Nurse. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Yale University, a Master of Science in Nursing Administration from New York University, a Bachelor’s Degree in Registered Nursing from SUNY Downstate, and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Registered Nursing from Kingsborough Community College.
