Michael Marin

Michael Marin is an experienced hospitality professional with a diverse background in restaurant management and culinary operations. Since May 2015, Michael has held various roles at The Buona Companies, progressing from Restaurant Manager to Assistant General Manager and currently serving as General Manager. Prior experience includes positions as a Line Cook at Hofbrauhaus Chicago and Chicago Hilton Indian Lakes Resort, and Kitchen Manager at Hickory River Smokehouse. Additionally, Michael has experience in customer service as a Shift Manager at Domino's Pizza and as a Server at Aguamiel Restaurante. Michael's educational background includes studies at the College of DuPage and the Technology Center of DuPage, along with two high school diplomas from Glenbard West and Glenbard East High Schools.
