Yustina Saleh, Ph.D. is currently the Managing Director of Innovation Solutions at The Burning Glass Institute, leading projects that focus on data-driven research and practice related to the future of work and workers. Prior to this role, Yustina has held various leadership positions in companies such as Equity Cities, Visier Inc., ProFinda, Emsi, and Rutgers University. Yustina's extensive experience in labor market analytics and research has contributed to the advancement of workforce development and optimization platforms. With a Ph.D. in Political Science from Rutgers University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from The American University in Cairo, Yustina continues to make a significant impact in the field of data analytics and human capital management.
