Joel Zahlan

Joel Zahlan, Ph.D, PMP, is a Principal at The Cadmus Group, overseeing engineering and decarbonization solutions while leading a multidisciplinary team of over 30 professionals. Previously, Joel served as Vice President at United Real Estate Company, where business and operational improvements were driven under direct reporting to the CEO. Earlier roles include Associate at The Cadmus Group, focusing on C&I impact evaluations, Project Manager/Team Lead at the U.S. Department of Energy - Miami Industrial Assessment Center, and Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Miami. Joel holds a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering and a Master's Degree from the University of Miami, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Florida Institute of Technology.
