Nicola Hall

Nicola Hall is an accomplished educational leader currently serving as the Director of Education at The Careers & Enterprise Company since October 2019, where responsibilities include national leadership of careers education, sector engagement, and program development. Prior to this role, Nicola was the Director of Education at Central Lancaster High School from September 2016 to October 2019, and held the position of Principal at Studio@Knutsford from January 2014 to September 2016, where Nicola was instrumental in leading a curriculum focused on real-world learning. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Strategic Development at Unity Academy from January 2006 to December 2013, focusing on budgetary leadership and strategic planning. Nicola holds a Master's degree in Leadership in Education and Public Services from The University of Huddersfield and a BSc in European Business Information Technology from Lancaster Girls Grammar School.
