Jay Ray is the Vice President at The Center for American and International Law, where Jay assists in managing the organization's efforts to improve the quality of justice. Jay also co-manages the Southwestern Institute for International and Comparative Law and serves as the Director of the Institute for Energy Law and Co-Director of the Institute for Law and Technology. Prior to their current role, Jay worked as an Attorney and Mediator at Ray Law Firm and Mediation Services, General Counsel at Pipeline Integrity Resources, Inc., and as an Attorney at various law firms specializing in commercial litigation and appellate practice. Jay holds a J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law and a BS in Political Science - International Studies from The University of Texas at Arlington.
