Cinthya Kauffman serves as vice president of finance and administration for the Central Indiana Corporate Partnership (CICP). Kauffman oversees the planning, development, organization, implementation, direction, and evaluation of the organization’s financial and administrative function and performance. Kauffman is responsible for the financial, human resources, contract administration, information technology (IT), cybersecurity, compliance, risk management, and other operations functions of the organization.
Kauffman joined CICP in 2016 as grants accountant and compliance manager and was promoted to director of administration in 2017. Kauffman served as CICP’s director of operations and compliance from 2020 to 2021.
Prior to joining CICP, Kauffman spent four years at Charter Schools USA, an education management organization, overseeing grants management and compliance. In addition, she spent four years in the banking industry earlier in her career.
