Zot O'Connor

Zot O'Connor serves as the Director of Product Security Engineering at Climate since September 2019, leading a team that supports over 2000 internal customers across various departments. Previously, Zot held the role of Sr. Security Engineering Manager at Bayer, directing security efforts for a $100M+ digital division, and has extensive experience as a Principal Consultant at White Knight Hackers, where responsibilities included ensuring compliance with Verified by Visa requirements and conducting various security assessments. Prior to this, Zot managed the Security Engineering team for Amazon EC2 and was a Senior Security Program Manager at Microsoft, contributing significantly to security processes for Azure and the Xbox business units. Zot holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, earned between 1985 and 1990.
