Fred Kamuzinzi

Fred Kamuzinzi is currently a Summer Associate at Bain & Company since June 2024 and a Fellow at The Consortium for Graduate Study in Management starting March 2023. Previously, Fred held the role of Agile Product Owner intern at Optum from January to March 2023, focusing on developing a new application to enhance sales implementation processes. From August 2018 to March 2023, Fred served in various capacities in the US Army, including Company Executive Officer, Maintenance Control Officer, and Platoon Leader, where responsibilities spanned operations management, maintenance oversight, and supply chain coordination. Fred was recognized for superior use of Agile methodologies to maintain fleet readiness. Educational credentials include an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, expected in June 2025, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Engineering/Industrial Management from the United States Military Academy at West Point, completed in 2018.
