Andy is a creative entrepreneur hell-bent on using culture, communication, and collaboration to create a more innovative future.

As the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of the NYC-based consultancy, The Design Gym, Andy has worked inside the world’s most influential and creative companies to help them shift to a more empathic, creative and collaborative way of working. These include brands such as Capital One, TED, Marriott, Etsy, Rockefeller Foundation, the NYC Department of Education, MetLife, Porsche, and more.

Before founding The Design Gym, he spent years honing his research and strategy skills at Jump Associates, one of the world’s leading innovation consultancies. Andy has guest lectured at NYU, Columbia University and Parsons, and has led breakout workshops at both TED and TEDMED conferences.
