Karen “K” Tsang

Karen “K” Tsang is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in risk management and compliance across various industries. Currently serving as a Member of The Supervisory Board at Oikocredit and as the Global Head of Risk and Compliance at SNV, Tsang oversees corporate governance, legal, and risk management strategies. Previous roles include Senior Director of Risk at Thomson Reuters and Director of Global Enterprise and Operational Risk Management at Manulife. Tsang has also contributed to the development of risk frameworks in organizations such as BMO Financial Group and Scarborough Health Network. Tsang holds a Master’s degree in International Management Research from the University of Liverpool, and is pursuing an M.A. in International Law at the University for Peace, alongside additional qualifications in network security, emergency management, and risk management.
