Valerie Wilde is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as Associate General Counsel and Senior Vice President at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York since June 2004. In this role, Valerie leads the Corporate Affairs Unit within the Legal Function, supervising a team of in-house employment attorneys. Previously, Valerie held various titles within the Bank's Corporate Affairs Division, providing extensive legal counsel on employment law matters, and advising executives and Human Resources on issues including recruitment, diversity, and equal employment opportunity. Before joining the Federal Reserve, Valerie gained valuable experience as an Associate at Kasowitz, Benson, Torres & Friedman LLP and Jackson Lewis P.C., where Valerie represented management in employment litigation and provided guidance on various employment issues. Valerie earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from The George Washington University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English Language and Literature from The University of Michigan.
