Nicolas Vandel

Nicolas Vandel is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business development and operations management. Currently serving as a Venture Builder and Innovation Scout at The Field since March 2023, Nicolas has held several key positions including Operations Manager at Cytadel since April 2024, CEO at Morning Blue from July 2019 to July 2022, and Head of Business Development at Immoweb from May 2018 to August 2019. Previous roles include COO ad interim at UBIOS, VP of Business Development at Smart Reno, Director of the Home Improvement Business Unit at Groupe Pratique, President of Best Of ARTISANS, and Intrapreneur and Business Unit Director at SOTRAVO/KELTRAVO. Nicolas is also the founder of a digital communication agency, Liv'Com, and holds a degree from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
