James Luy is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in franchise development and business growth. As a Partner and Co-Founder at The Franchise Dept since January 2020, James focuses on enhancing franchise systems through effective People, Process, and Profitability strategies. Previous roles include Chief Revenue Officer at GoSaga, Inc., where James contributed to the growth of emerging brands in hospitality and fitness, and Director of Franchise Programming at The NOW Massage. James also held multiple leadership and operational roles at Shred415, STG Brands, and CycleBar, and began a career as an Operations Specialist at Robert W. Baird & Co. James holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Xavier University.
