Julia Cooper

Julia Cooper is a versatile culinary and editorial professional with extensive experience in the food industry and freelance editing. Since September 2018, Julia has served as a Freelance Copyeditor for The FruitGuys, focusing on editing and updating fruit delivery information for the company's website. Julia has worked as a Line Cook at GRAIN AND GRISTLE LLC since October 2019, contributing to a farm-to-table restaurant in Portland. Previous roles include cooking in high-paced environments at Jam On Hawthorne and McMenamins Pubs & Breweries, as well as various positions in customer service and prep cooking at Jenny's Lunch Line and Metro Gourmet Catering.
