Tia Bhalla is a co-founder of Project Dhārā, a venture aimed at transforming Delhi into a sustainable city by creating community rain gardens. Tia's impactful work has garnered multiple recognitions, including the FEELL Recognition as a Young Changemaker (2022) and the Bronze Pramerica Spirit of Community Awards (2021). Additionally, Tia serves as a youth leader at The Global Education & Leadership Foundation, where a campaign to save water during the Covid-19 pandemic was led. Tia's internship experiences include research and legal analysis at Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India, contributions to the World Bank regarding kinship and water conservation, and developing a campaign on air pollution at Haiyya. Tia's educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Sustainability at Babson College and an International Baccalaureate from The Shri Ram School.
