Shirley Mote

Shirley Mote has extensive experience in human resources, with a career spanning several decades. Currently serving as the Manager of Human Resources at Hill and Griffith Company since June 1984, Shirley has managed various HR functions including policy development, payroll processing, insurance benefits negotiations, and administration of pension and disability plans. Prior roles include HR Manager at HG Logistics LLC from 2006 to 2012 and Personnel Specialist for the City of Germantown, TN, where Shirley established a performance appraisal system for various departments.
