Subramanian Ramanathan

Subramanian Ramanathan has a wealth of experience in human resources, spanning over two decades. Subramanian currently serves as the Vice President-HR at The Hindu, a position they have held since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked at JK Fenner (India) Ltd as the Head of HR (Assistant Vice President) from March 2019 to the present. Before that, they held the role of Group Head HR (Power Electronics) at Toshiba from 2014 to 2019. From 2011 to 2014, Subramanian was the Head of HR & General Affairs at KOBE STEEL LTD. Subramanian started their career in 2000 as the Deputy General Manager-HR at Greaves Cotton Limited, where they worked until 2011.

Subramanian Ramanathan completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Bharathidasan University from 1998 to 2000.
