Charles K. (Chuck) Niles, SPHR

Charles K. (Chuck) Niles, SPHR has over 50 years of work experience. Charles K. (Chuck) began their career in 1968 as the Assistant Dean of Justin Morrill College at Michigan State University. In 1974, they joined Caterpillar Inc. and held various Sales, Marketing and Human Resource positions. In 1994, they founded and became the owner of The Human Resource Department, Inc., offering HR Consulting services from a voice of experience.

Charles K. (Chuck) Niles, SPHR, obtained their Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Siena College in 1967, and their Master of Arts in Higher Education from Michigan State University in 1971. Charles K. (Chuck) also holds a Senior Professional Human Resources certification from the Society of Human Resource Management.
