Jenna Johnson

Jenna Johnson is a seasoned professional in human resources, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Jekyll Island Authority since September 2011. In this role, Jenna directs various HR functions, including recruiting, hiring practices, training and development, and benefits administration, while focusing on improving organizational effectiveness and compliance for a workforce of 285 permanent and 100 seasonal employees. Additionally, Jenna has been an Adjunct Instructor of Management at the College of Coastal Georgia since August 2014, teaching strategies and principles of effective human resources management to business and hospitality students. Jenna holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Brenau University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from South University - Savannah GA.
