Frank DeCastro has held various executive positions in the technology industry since 1997. Frank started their career at Vesta Technologies as Strategic Business Development Director, where they were a member of the founding team and responsible for growing the company from 4 to 250 employees. From 2003 to 2005, they served as President and Founder of Interact-TV Labs, providing rich media application development outsourcing and content management and distribution platforms. Frank then moved to DayPort, Inc. as West Regional Director, where they were responsible for strategic business development and product enhancements. From 2006 to 2009, they worked at TEKsystems as Director of Business Development - Global Services - Channel Development and Regional Director - West - Global Services. In 2009, they joined Populus Group as Vice President - Channel Development. Most recently, they were appointed Senior Vice President Sales & Marketing at Homeland LLC and Vice President Strategy and Innovation at The JPI Group.
Frank DeCastro's education history includes a BABS in International Business from The Ohio State University, which they obtained between 1990 and 1994. Frank also obtained a Leadership Communication certification in Public Speaking from AMA Certifications between 2010 and 2011. In 2019, they attended a Story Branding Workshop. In 2021, they completed DECIDE - Unconscious Bias Training. Frank also has a SIA - CCWP Certification Course.
