Carol Henson

Carol Henson has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Carol is currently working as the Human Resources Director at Kessler Collection. Prior to this, they served as the Regional Director of Human Resources at Pyramid Hotel Group from 2018 to 2021. From 2011 to 2018, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at Hilton North Raleigh/Midtown. Before that, they held the position of Area Director of Sales at CMC Hotels from 2010 to 2011. Carol also served as the Director of Sales and Marketing at Alliance Hospitality Management LLC from 2007 to 2010. Carol's earlier experience includes various roles at Marriott International, where they worked from 1997 to 2007, including Sales Manager, Director of Human Resources Services, Training Manager, and Employment Center Manager. Carol also worked as a DHR at Marriott RTP from 2002 to 2005.

After completing their time at Elon University in 1981, they transferred to Alamance Community College.
