Angelique Rosales Salgado is a seasoned museum and gallery professional with extensive experience in curatorial roles. Currently serving as a Curatorial Assistant at The Kitchen since May 2022, Angelique has previously held positions such as Assistant to the Artistic Director, Exhibitions at Pioneer Works Art Foundation, and Joint Curatorial Fellow in Exhibitions at The Studio Museum in Harlem. Angelique's expertise extends to the Museum of Modern Art, where responsibilities included fellow participation in the Department of Drawings & Prints, as well as an internship at The Museum of Human Achievement. Additional roles include curatorial internships and assistant positions across various institutions. Armed with a Bachelor’s degree in Art with minors in Art History, French, and Women's & Gender Studies from The University of Texas at Austin, along with a Museum Studies Certificate, Angelique has built a solid foundation in the arts sector.
