Phil Shoemaker

Phil Shoemaker has a strong background in the mortgage industry. Phil is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of The Loan Store, Inc. Prior to this, they held several leadership roles at Home Point Financial, including President of Originations and Executive Managing Director, Chief Business Officer. Before joining Home Point Financial, Shoemaker worked at Caliber Home Loans, Inc. as the EVP, Chief Operating Officer of Production, EVP, Wholesale Lending, Chief Administrative Officer, SVP, Strategic Initiatives, and SVP, National Operations. Phil also held the position of Director of Business Analysis & Program Management at StoneWater Mortgage Corporation and Director of Application Design at First Magnus Financial Corporation.

Phil Shoemaker attended the University of Arizona from 1997 to 2001 and earned their Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
