James McMonagle

James McMonagle is an experienced technical manager with a strong background in polymer engineering and process management. Currently serving as Technical Manager and Technical Group Leader at The LYCRA Company since February 2019, James has developed leadership skills through previous roles at INVISTA, where responsibilities included leading technical groups in both Polymer and Spinning Areas. James's career also includes engineering positions focused on polymer and fiber spinning processes. Educational qualifications comprise a Master of Science in Process Engineering from Queen's University Belfast, a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from Ulster University, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Queen's University Belfast.
