Michelle Geiss has a diverse range of work experience spanning over several years. Michelle started their career as an Asst. Banquet Manager/Lead Bartender at Landmark Catering and Convention Center from April 2007 to January 2010. Following this, they worked as the Director of Sales and Marketing at Senior Lifestyle Corporation from March 2010 to October 2011. Michelle then worked as a Shift Manager at HMS Host - SeaTac Airport from May 2015 to September 2016. Michelle further progressed to become a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks from October 2016 to April 2017. Michelle then joined Eurest as a Barista from November 2017 to February 2019. Michelle gained experience in property management as a Leasing Consultant at FPI Management from February 2019 to March 2021, and as an Assistant Community Director from March 2021 to July 2021. Prior to that, they earned a Certificate of Completion in Personnel Management from the United States Army in 1989-1993. Michelle also attended Peninsula High School from 1985 to 1989, but did not receive a degree and did not specify a field of study.
