Veronika Kvernes

Veronika Kvernes is an experienced HR professional with a significant background in leadership development and organizational psychology. Currently serving as HR-strateg for chefsförsörjning and ledarutveckling at Statens institutionsstyrelse since May 2020, Veronika previously held the position of HR-specialist focusing on leadership, employee engagement, and group development at Skolverket from August 2014 to May 2020. Veronika's extensive experience also includes working as an HR Business Partner at Posten Meddelande AB, where responsibilities involved coaching managers and managing HR issues for a large workforce. In addition to a Master's degree in Work and Organizational Psychology from the University of Gothenburg, Veronika has contributed to various HR projects across multiple roles, emphasizing competence development and diversity initiatives.
