Jean Krachenfels has extensive experience in food testing, currently serving as a Sensory Panelist at The National Food Laboratory since 1988. In this role, Jean evaluates existing food products and assesses new product developments, including conducting shelf life studies. Additionally, Jean has been involved as a food sensory taste tester at the National Food Laboratory in Livermore, California, since 1986, further contributing expertise in sensory evaluation within the food industry.
