Portipher Ngulube

Portipher Ngulube is a dedicated customer experience associate at the National Pension Scheme Authority since May 2021, known for delivering exceptional customer service in line with organizational policies. In parallel, Portipher serves as an ambassador for The TOP Person, an international magazine, promoting charitable initiatives in Zambia. Self-employed since December 2018, Portipher conducts research on poverty alleviation, child protection, mental health care, and human rights for prisoners. Previously, Portipher held roles at Madison Life Insurance Company as an underwriting clerk, ensuring efficient claims processing, and at the Zambia Postal Services Corporation as a paying officer, recognized for effective cash payment management. Portipher gained early experience as a labour clerical intern at the Ministry of Labour and Social Security and as a personal assistant at Omega Fire Ministry. Education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration from The Copperbelt University.
