Joanne Sandoval

Joanne Sandoval is an accomplished education professional with extensive experience in student success and program management. Currently serving as Chapter Success Manager at The National Society of Leadership and Success since March 2023, Joanne previously held the role of Director of the Take Stock in Children Program at Hillsborough Education Foundation. There, responsibilities included program planning, development of measurement criteria, and direct engagement with students as a College Success Coach. Joanne's prior roles include Student Success Coach at Saint Leo University, where advisory support was provided to over 700 students, and various positions at the University of Florida, focusing on first-generation student success and program coordination. Joanne holds a Master’s Degree in Student Personnel and Higher Education from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies from the University of South Florida.
