Orlando Watkins

Orlando Watkins serves as the Vice President and Chief Program Officer at The Boston Foundation since June 2016 and is a Founding Partner of The Business Equity Fund. Additionally, Orlando holds the position of Co-Chair on the Board of Advisors for The New Commonwealth Fund and is an Investment Committee member for Mill Cities Community Investments. Engagements also include roles on the Accelerator Community Advisory Committee at Boston Medical Center, as a judge for the Social Impact Fellowship Fund at Harvard Innovation Labs, and a member of the Steering Committee for the Coalition for an Equitable Economy. Orlando contributes as a writer for WBUR's Cognoscenti and Inside Philanthropy and is a Board Member for the CAMP HARBOR VIEW FOUNDATION INC. Orlando obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Morehouse College between 1989 and 1994.
