Allison O'Neill

Allison O'Neill has extensive work experience in the education and behavioral health field. Allison is currently the Chief Executive Officer at The Place for Children with Autism. Prior to this role, they served as the President & COO at ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy and Education from 2016 to 2020. Before that, they were the Chief Operating Officer at Ombudsman Educational Services for nearly two decades, where they held various positions including teacher, center director, regional manager, and VP of Operations. Allison began their career as a teacher at Milwaukee Public Schools in 1996.

Allison O'Neill attended Marquette University from 1991 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Teaching History in the Broad Field.
