Jessica Torrez Ferro

Jessica Torrez Ferro has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jessica began their career in 2002 at Bay Valley Medical Group, where they served as a Patient Accounts Rep/Claims Team Lead until 2011. From 2011 to 2017, Jessica worked at Ravenswood City School District as an Administrative Assistant. Jessica then joined CLAREMORE SCHOOL DISTRICT as a Secretary from 2022 until November 2022. In the same year, they also started working at Sedgwick as a Customer Service Representative, providing assistance and support to clients regarding claims processing. Jessica'scurrent position is at The Primary School, where they started as a Parent Wellness Coach in 2017 and was promoted to Lead Parent Wellness Coach in July 2020.
