Ricardo Moro do Carmo

Ricardo Moro do Carmo is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in technology management and talent acquisition. Currently serving as Director of Engineering at Right Balance® since June 2023, Ricardo focuses on optimizing the hiring and management processes for engineers. Previously, at Mercado Livre Brasil from February 2020 to May 2023, Ricardo held the position of Senior Software Engineering Manager. Prior roles at Banco Itaú from March 2008 to January 2020 included IT Architecture Manager, where emphasis was placed on data architecture and analytics, as well as IT Support Manager and Software Support & Production Coordinator, highlighting expertise in technical support and project management. Ricardo holds an MBA in Business Management and Technology from USP - Universidade de São Paulo and additional education from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.
