Pei-Fen Lin is a Consultant Ophthalmic Surgeon at Moorfields Private Eye Hospital since November 2023 and Co-Founder of The Big Girls Club, a non-profit leadership initiative for women. Lin also serves as an Honorary Lecturer at UCL and Clinical Director of Digital Innovations at Moorfields Eye Hospital, alongside roles as a College Tutor with The Royal College of Ophthalmologists and a member of the Faculty of Clinical Informatics. Previous experience includes a Neuro-Ophthalmology Fellowship at King's College Hospital and an Oculoplastic Fellowship at Sussex Eye Unit. Lin holds an MBBS from King's College London and has completed advanced training in value-based healthcare at Harvard Business School, along with being a Fellow of the Royal College of Ophthalmologists and possessing a Master of Arts from the University of Cambridge.
