Julianna S. is an experienced retail manager with a background in operations and leadership development. Currently serving as the Store Manager at The Royal Standard since June 2020, Julianna previously held multiple roles at Kendra Scott from September 2015 to June 2020, including Assistant Manager-Operations, Iconic Collection and Customer Service Lead, Keyholder, and Sales Associate. Additionally, Julianna worked as a Traveling Leadership Consultant for Zeta Tau Alpha Fraternity from June 2014 to May 2015, where over 40,000 miles were traveled to support and enhance operations at 31 universities, leading to the recruitment of over 1,000 women through interactive workshops and presentations.
