Cassell Paul

Cassell Paul has extensive experience in the maritime industry, currently serving as Assistant Registrar and previously as Maritime Assistant and Maritime Clerk at The Saint Lucia Air and Sea Ports Authority since May 2014. Responsibilities include researching and updating information from the International Maritime Organization (IMO), maintaining ship databases, and providing professional customer service regarding vessel and seafarer registration. Cassell also represents Saint Lucia at the MTCC data collection initiative and has provided administrative support in the Division of Maritime Affairs. Prior experience includes a role as Production Assistant at Prayzfm, focusing on editing and organizing program files. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of the Southern Caribbean, a Project Management Certificate from the International Business Training Association, and a Ship Registry Certificate from Lloyd's Maritime Academy.
