Kate Ong

Kate Ong is an incoming Associate at Boston Consulting Group, set to begin in September 2024. Currently serving as the External Vice President and Project Leader at The Social Impact Consulting Group since February 2023, Kate also holds the position of Project Manager for The Culinary Diplomacy Project. Previous experience includes a Strategy Consulting Internship at Penta Group, a Research Assistant role at the Penn Development Research Initiative, and a Project Leader position at Wharton Asia Exchange. Kate has been actively involved in the Assembly of International Students at Penn, serving as Internal Vice President, Vice President of Communications, and Freshman Representative. Additional internships include a Business Analytics Internship at Shopee and a Consulting Analyst role at Wharton Asia Exchange. Kate Ong is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and English at the University of Pennsylvania, following the completion of the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program at Immaculate Conception Academy.
