Andrea Ledger

Andrea Ledger has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and organizations. Andrea'smost recent position was as the Deputy Director of Human Rights and Equal Economic Opportunity at the City of Saint Paul, starting in June 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the Procurement Manager at the same company from August 2019 to June 2020.

Before joining the City of Saint Paul, Andrea served as the Executive Director of NARAL Pro-Choice Minnesota from October 2014 to July 2019. Andrea also worked at the Minnesota Nurses Association, where they held the position of Director of Political and Legislative Action from March 2011 to March 2014. Prior to that, they were a Political Organizer at the association from May 2007 to March 2011.

Earlier in their career, Andrea worked at the Minneapolis Central Labor Union Council, AFL-CIO, where they held the positions of Political Director from February 2006 to April 2007 and Political Organizer from February 2004 to February 2006. Andrea began their career as an Organizer at AFSCME in April 2002 and continued in that role until December 2004.

Throughout their career, Andrea has demonstrated a strong commitment to advocacy and social justice, working in various capacities to support equal rights, reproductive rights, and labor.

Andrea Ledger attended Middlebury College from 1994 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English/Religion. Andrea then enrolled in Case Western Reserve University School of Law from 1998 to 2001. Andrea'shigh school education was completed at Magnolia High School but no specific dates were provided. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Leading City Procurement Reform from the Bloomberg Harvard City Leadership Initiative in 2022.
