Dave Ross, ScD, has extensive experience in public health and management, currently serving as the President and Chief Executive Officer of The Task Force for Global Health since May 2016. Prior to this role, Dr. Ross spent 16 years as Director of The Task Force's Public Health Informatics Institute, where strategic initiatives were guided under their leadership. Dr. Ross also contributed as Vice President for Program Development at The Task Force, aiding the organization in becoming a prominent nonprofit serving over 150 countries. Additional experience includes positions at Cerner Corporation as Project Executive, the Centers for Disease Control as Associate Director for Informatics, and Wyman Park Health System as Vice President. Dr. Ross began their career at the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Lab as an Associate Engineer. An alumnus of the University of Colorado Boulder, Dr. Ross holds a BS in Aerospace Engineering and a Doctor of Science in Operations Research from The Johns Hopkins University.
