Rastislav Duriš

Rastislav Duriš is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in agile transformations, organizational development, and leadership consultancy. Currently serving as a Partner, Facilitator, and Consultant at Edutrea s.r.o. since December 2019, Rastislav also facilitates workshops in agile leadership and team psychology, and is involved with several initiatives, including Management 3.0 and The Rocket Model™ in Slovakia and the Czech Republic. With a background that includes roles in agile coaching, HR management, and career consultancy, Rastislav has contributed to organizations like Agnostic Agile and The unFIX Company. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Social and Occupational Psychology and Psychology-English Language from Univerzita Komenského v Bratislave, complemented by an International Baccalaureate Diploma.
