Jill Ford currently serves as the Director of the Engineering Student Success Center at The University of Texas at San Antonio, a position held since December 2016, and has also held roles as Assistant Dean of Student Success and Assistant Dean and Director of the College of Engineering Student Success Center. Prior to this, Jill Ford worked at the University of Missouri College of Engineering from January 2008 to December 2016, where roles included Executive Director of Student Programs and Director of Student Enrichment and International Student Programs. Jill Ford earned a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from the University of Missouri-Columbia between 2010 and 2013.
