TJ Douglas

TJ Douglas has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. TJ is currently serving as the CEO of Drink Progressively Group, Inc. since January 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of CEO and Co-Founder at Progressive Wine Company, Inc. starting in July 2021. In June 2010, TJ founded The Urban Grape, where they served as the Founder and CEO. TJ also founded Urban Cellar Consulting, LLC in January 2022, where they are currently the CEO. TJ has been involved in various boards and associations, including serving on the Dean's Advisory Board at Boston University Metropolitan College since August 2021 and as Vice President and Founding Member of the Boston Black Golf Association since June 2020. TJ has also served on the Executive Advisory Committee of the Museum of Science since February 2021 and is part of the Executive Board of Directors at Summer Search since September 2019. Additionally, TJ has been a member of the Board of Trustees at The Fessenden School since September 2019. TJ'swork experience also includes being the Owner/Co-Founder of The Urban Grape Chestnut Hill from June 2010 to July 2015.

TJ Douglas began their education at Whitcomb from 1990 to 1996. TJ then attended Castleton University from 1998 to 2000. In 2003, they enrolled in the Certificate Program in Wine Studies at the Elizabeth Bishop Wine Resource Center at Boston University's Metropolitan College, completing it in 2004.
