Regina Himelfarb

Regina Himelfarb is an experienced legal professional with a robust background in corporate law, currently serving as Senior Corporate Counsel for the Americas at The Weir Group PLC since January 2019. Prior to this role, Regina was a Partner at Grable Martin Fulton PLLC and GENERALCOUNSELHUB.com, providing flexible in-house legal services from February 2016 to January 2019. Regina's earlier experience includes serving as Senior Attorney at Quicksilver Resources Inc., where responsibilities included advising on midstream transactions and managing litigation, and as Senior Attorney at Andrews Kurth LLP. Regina began their legal career at Union Pacific Resources, holding various positions, including Managing Senior Counsel. Regina holds a Juris Doctor degree from SMU Dedman School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Psychology from Stephen F. Austin State University.
