Dr. Ayser Khashman

Dr. Ayser Khashman serves as an Assistant Professor of Business Administration at The World Islamic Sciences & Education University since February 2010. Responsibilities include providing educational services, enhancing students' skills and knowledge, and preparing them for labor market demands while contributing to the local community through initiatives and training courses in management. Dr. Khashman holds a Doctorate in Philosophy in Business Administration, specializing in Electronic Human Resource Management (E-HRM) from the same university.
