Mark Wilson

Mark Wilson, SHRM, has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Mark currently holds the position of Human Resources Director at Theorem, a company that specializes in digital campaigns. Prior to that, they served as the Human Resources Director at ArtsQuest, a Pennsylvania-based nonprofit focused on music, arts, and cultural experiences.

Before their roles in the arts and digital marketing sectors, Mark worked for USA Sport Group as the Director of Recruitment & HR. During their tenure, they revamped company policies, implemented a new HR and payroll platform, and ensured compliance with employment and immigration regulations. Mark also held the role of Director of Human Resources at the same company.

Mark's earlier experience includes positions at United Soccer Academy, where they worked as the Marketing Director and later became the Director of Soccer, successfully managing the growth and stability of the company during economic downturns. Mark also worked as a Senior Quality Engineer at Clairmont Electronics, driving quality assurance initiatives and implementing statistical process control methods. Mark began their career as a Regional Recruiter for Major League Soccer Camps.

Mark Wilson, SHRM received a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Quality Control Technology/Technician from the University of the West of Scotland between 1993 and 1997.
